Why is my tracking not updating?

Our orders are manufactured and shipped from Vietnam, where our headquarters and factory are located. We ensure that the materials used in our products, such as crochet, meet environmental safety standards and are crafted by highly skilled and experienced artisans. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via UPS and then delivered in the US through USPS.

If your tracking status shows "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" or "Label Created, not yet in the system" it means that the package is en route to the US, and USPS will update the specific details once it arrives in the US. Typically, it takes around 5 - 7 days from the time you receive the tracking notification for the order to travel from Vietnam to the US, and an additional 3 - 5 days to reach you from within the US.

During peak seasons, there might be some delays, and you may receive the package later than expected. Rest assured, once the order enters the US, the tracking will provide more detailed information about its journey to your state.
