Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can also enter your tracking number in the box below to get the latest status on your shipment.
We encourage you to view your tracking number via the small message corner at the bottom of your screen, so that if you have any questions we can answer you quickly based on your tracking number.
You just need to click on the message button in the bottom right corner of the screen that says "Chat With Us" (On computers and phones, it is displayed).
A chat display will appear, you just need to select the box "Track my order"
Select "Enter order information"
Enter your Order number and email, Your Order will be provided with actual details so you can know the status of your order
