Father's Day 2024🔥

As soon as I saw a custom pet mobile for a baby crib, I knew I had to have it and I’m in love with it! The dogs look just like our dogs and I can’t wait for our baby to be able to see it.

I received my dolls today- and they are amazing! My only complaint is that the glasses fall off constantly and I would have liked them to be attached somehow. Overall my kids love them and I love that they can give their papaw a hug whenever they need to now.

I got a gift for my mother in law for her birthday. Her sister and best friend passed away last year. The doll was made to a T the way I asked. I am very impressed. The only think I would complain about is the cost.

When purchasing the baby mobiles (I ordered 2) the option was given to pay extra for unlimited “preview & edits”. I paid for that option for each baby mobile. Prior to production I contacted customer service to request they not put gray on our old dog’s muzzle, keep it black, like in his younger days. They agreed. I also purchased the Angel Halo & Wings for both of our now deceased dogs. Every day I waited for the previews. They never came. I did however get bombarded, DAILY, with offers for other products. Then, to my shock, I got an email that my product had been shipped. How? I had yet to make edits! I emailed explaining that I never received the previews. I was told to check my SPAM folder. It really made no sense considering that I had received emails to my inbox from Dollfy, every.single.day! I checked SPAM & there it was. In the email it explained that if I didn’t make edits within 24hours, they would assume I was happy & ship it! I found the email 5 days after it was sent, therefor, the product was shipped, without edits, despite me purchasing two plans. To make matters worse, BOTH PRODUCTS were all wrong. The black dog has the white muzzle we agreed not to put. The Frenchie who has erect ears was given floppy ears. The halo & wings are missing from one dog. Both of the half moons they are sitting on looked nothing like the samples but rather like blobs. I’ve gotten nowhere w customer service. They simply tell me I missed the 24 hour edit opportunity. At no point was I forewarned of this time frame nor did I have any way to know that the preview would go to spam. The ONLY email from Dollfy to go to spam. The only one that mattered.

Received a doll that looks absolutely nothing like the dog, he was a grey mastiff and I got a generic black lab. The quality was terrible, with a splotchy paint on the chest. Apparently it’s a toss up on what you get, not worth $100. Keep looking elsewhere or pay extra for the preview so hopefully you won’t be disappointed when you finally get it a month later. Money wasted and I feel too embarrassed gifting this. They will not refund you either. I would hedge your bets on a company with better quality control.

It came out absolutely perfect down to every detail. I would definitely order from here again! Thank you dollfy..

I love,love,love these dollies. I had ordered a few of the mini ornaments and I just had to order more. The detailing is amazing and I love how you can custom them. It's a great inspiration to have when you have lost loved ones and want to hold on to their memories. Thank you soo much

I got the 8” doll of my grandma for a Mother's Day to gift to my mom! She’s been passed for a couple years and Mother’s Day is still very hard for her.. let’s just say, she sobbed the hardest I’ve ever seen. I did the choice to make corrections if needed and went back-and-forth a couple times with the designer to get the most precise doll! They nailed it from the colors of her pink and white muumuu down to her little smirk, rosie cheeks and cup of coffee in her hand. I’m in awe of what this company does! Thank you Dollfy!!!
