Arrived on time. It's beautifully made. The only thing was that I chose the edit and preview option and I never received any picture or anything to approve how the final product was going to look. Overall I'm really satisfied with my order and I can't wait to gift this to my mom on Mother's Day.

My sisters lost their father and they loved their doll with their card to go along with it! It got here within a short amount of time and matches the photo! I would order from them again.

I got this of my daughter as an anniversary gift for my girlfriend! And she loved it! She loved how accurate this was, even down to the one sock. She posted pictures, and we’ve had people asking for the link to your site for themselves! Thank you so much for helping make my anniversary special!

The mobile is as precious as advertised! I paid the extra $10 to review it before finished and glad I did. The nose was too big and the wrong color. I mentioned it and they rectified it immediately! It looks just like our pup! Beautifully hand crocheted. Love. Love. Love it!

I ordered 1 for my husband of his dad that passed away in 2017 and 1 for my daughter-in-law whose mother passed away October 2024. They both loved them and thought they looked just like their family member. I ordered theirs after I had ordered and received one of my mother that passed away in Dec 2024. Most definitely would recommend this to anyone! I also ordered their preview service so I could see it before it shipped and was able to make changes to the one of my mom as they had given her this yellow hair instead of the grey hair. They changed it and it was exactly like I wanted. Definitely recommend getting the preview service as of there is anything that isn’t right or needs to be changed you can get that fixed before it ships.

Unfortunately after months of waiting for my order, it finally arrived completely wrong.

I specifically said in my order the Brittany Spaniel needed the halo and wings, not the dachshund. I got my order today and it was the dachshund with the angel halo and wings. See attached photo.

It’s very disappointing because I waited months for this, and to open it and have it be wrong was very upsetting. I also spent extra money on the halo and wings.

What can you all do to rectify this situation? I love the product, but am upset I spent a lot of money and it’s the wrong order. I understand everything is handmade, but am not looking forward to waiting months for my correct order.

Please advise as to what can be done.
