Honestly, I was hesitant at first ordering from the website since I wasn’t sure if it was legit. I took a chance and ordered hoping for the best. I added the extra option to preview the work before it got shipped out. I am very happy I did.

Everyone was super friendly and quick to get back. It shipped out relatively quick once the preview was given (normal delay in days due to shipping internationally!)

Once I opened the package, I was SO EXCITED. My sister and brother in laws baby shower is coming up soon and I’m so eager to surprise them with their fur babies to look over their first baby!

I will say, when I did open the package, the bottom of the moon had an opening. I was able to very quickly sew it up and no one would know it was ever there. Other than that, everything looks amazing, and was a quick and easy fix!

I Absolutely Love this as a Gift. I have recently Lost my Dad and had a Doll Made for my Mom! She cherishes it every day! I ordered a baby mobile and provided a picture of my two dogs to be added to the moon on the mobile and I am absolutely blown away with how amazing it turned out! The mobile itself is a nice large size and gorgeous and the dogs look exactly my two sweet dogs!! Couldn’t recommend more, absolutely so sweet and cute!

After seeing the pictures online, I knew I had to order the sports ball mobile for my grandsons nursery. My daughter's dog is her 1st “baby”, and they're incorporating her and sports into the nursery theme.

1st, the pros. The dog came out PERFECT! Looks identical to her, right down to the fur and white spot under her chin. The sports balls are a nice size, and all the colors are so cute. Purchasing the preview and revisions is definitely recommended, however. Customer service went back and forth with me fixing issues until it was up to my satisfaction. They actually listened and made the adjustments as needed. Now just a couple of cons. I had some issues with the football and bone looking “not quite right”. They were both a little odd looking and didn’t match the pictures online, but they made it right. Also, the unfinished wood block and cotton string makes it seem a bit “unfinished” looking. If you’re crafty, it's a fix you could make yourself. All in all, a positive experience, and I’m pleased with the final product. Just remember, this gets made and shipped from Vietnam and it’s handcrafted so allow for PLENTY of time! Worth it!

As soon as I saw these dolls advertised, I ordered three--One for each of my sisters, and one for myself. I was thankful how the Dollfy staff stayed in touch with me by email, letting me know the progress of the dolls, and sending pictures so I could request any modifications. I love how I could ask for a cross necklace and a small black purse, just as my mother used, to be added at the end. This will be such a nice keepsake for my sisters and I. Thank you very much!

Im writing this review with full honesty and i cannot say i have ever given a gift like this but I planned on giving a doll to my mom for mother's day since its our first year without our mother/grandmother.. when she opened the box she instantly was shocked and started to cry.. I couldn't tell if it was a good gift or not but when my mom said it was the best gift I have ever given her and she loved it.. she had a lot of pent up emotions and hasn't fully grieved... this doll looked so much like my grandmother it instantly unlocked all these emotions out of my mother and she is forever grateful. Now keep in mind the creating process does take a while and so does the shipping but its worth the wait and id definitely plan on ordering a couple months ahead of a special day to make sure you give enough time to get it. The price is a little steep but I think it was worth the cost..
