How many photos should I upload?
One clear photo per pet is all we need — a couple of angles help our artisans match the markings. JPG, PNG or WEBP, added right in the personalizer.
Will the doll really look like my pet?
Yes! Our artisans match the coloring, the markings, that one floppy ear — all from your photos. Anything special, just write it in the Notes box.
Can I see the doll before it ships?
Yes — for a small fee you can add the Preview & Unlimited Edit Service at the last step. We send you a preview of your pet's doll and edit until you love it. Nothing ships until you say yes.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each set is handcrafted to order in about 3 weeks, then shipped worldwide with full tracking. Need it sooner for a special day? Message our support team and we will do our best.
What size is the bag and the doll?
The canvas tote is 44 × 30 cm (17.3" × 11.8") with a 27 cm handle drop — it fits A4 papers and a 13" laptop. Each pet doll is about 10 cm (4") tall.
Can each pet pick a different bag colour?
Yes — every pet's tote chooses its own colour from all 8 options, and each bag gets its own name embroidery. Doll-charm-only pets don't need a colour.
What name goes on the bag?
The name you type in the personalizer is hand-embroidered on the bag — please double-check the spelling before you order.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?
Add Shipping Protection at the last step and we replace your order free, no questions asked. Either way, every parcel ships with full tracking.
