The process of ordering was pretty easy. It did take awhile to get to me but I also understand with how much detail goes into a project like this. I gave this one as a gift to my mom. The minute she opened the box up she began to cry. This was the most beautiful gift I could ever give her. The doll looks just like my grandmother. The work on it is incredible and impeccable.
