I was able to submit multiple pictures of my two dogs and they really were captured beautifully! My only complaint was I paid extra to add angel wings and a halo to one of my dogs as they have passed on and they added them to the wrong dog even though I specified which one they were meant for. I got a very quick response from customer service regarding this and they suggested an easy fix since the halo and wings are just glued on.
I've purchased three dolls in the past two years. I've been very happy with each doll I've recieved. I've gotten replicas of my three pups that have passed away. They look just like my dogs! My third purchase is of my dog Lucy. I'm very happy how the doll turned out.

I absolutely love my doll! It looks just like my dog Milo! The artist did such a good job replicating him from the pictures I sent. They were very nice about making a few changes, too.
