How many photos should I upload?
One clear, well-lit photo per bestie is all we need — more angles always help. JPG, PNG or WEBP, and you can add them right in the personalizer.
Can the dolls have glasses, curly hair or a special outfit?
Yes! Our artisans recreate hair, outfits and little details from your photos. Anything extra — glasses, a bow, a favorite jacket — just write it in the Notes box. You can also add Flowers for your doll to hold.
Can I see the dolls before they ship?
Yes — for a small fee you can add the Preview & Unlimited Edit Service at the last step. We send you a preview of your dolls and edit until you love them. Nothing ships until you say yes.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each set is handcrafted to order in about 3 weeks, then shipped worldwide with full tracking. Need it sooner for a special day? Message our support team and we will do our best.
What size is the bag and the doll?
The canvas tote is 44 × 30 cm (17.3" × 11.8") with a 27 cm handle drop — it fits A4 papers and a 13" laptop. Each doll charm is about 10 cm (4") tall.
Can each bestie pick a different bag colour?
Yes — every bestie with a bag chooses their own colour from all 9 options. Doll-charm-only besties don't need a colour.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?
Add Shipping Protection at the last step and we replace your order free, no questions asked. Either way, every parcel ships with full tracking.
