How many photos should I upload?
One clear photo per pet is all we need — a couple of angles help our artisans match the markings. JPG, PNG or WEBP, added right in the personalizer.
Will the charm really look like my pet?
Yes! Our artisans crochet the coloring, the markings, that one floppy ear — all from your photos. Anything special, just write it in the Notes box.
Can I see the charm before it ships?
Yes — for a small fee you can add the Preview & Unlimited Edit Service at the last step. We send you a photo of your pet's finished charm and edit until you love it. Nothing ships until you say yes.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each charm is handcrafted to order in about 3 weeks, then shipped worldwide with full tracking. Need it sooner for a special day? Message our support team and we will do our best.
How big is the charm?
Each charm is about 9 cm (3.5") tall — big enough to show your pet's markings, small enough to ride any bag. The silver carabiner clasp clips to totes, handbags, backpacks and keys.
Will it survive daily carrying?
Yes — tight crochet over a firm core, safety-locked eyes and double-knotted ends, made to be carried, not shelved. If anything ever comes loose, message us and we will make it right.
Can I order charms of different pets in one order?
Yes — pick 2 or 3 pets and upload a photo for each; every charm is crocheted as its own pet, and 2+ pets save up to 15%. One pet can also repeat across several charms — just tell us in the Notes.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?
Add Shipping Protection at the last step and we replace your order free, no questions asked. Either way, every parcel ships with full tracking.
