What photo should I upload?
One clear photo per person is perfect — face, hair and the outfit you want stitched. For a pair or a family, one photo of everyone together works too; a couple of extra angles help. JPG, PNG or WEBP, added right in the personalizer.
Will the charms really look like them?
Yes! Our artisans stitch the hair, the glasses, the varsity jacket, the game-day tee — all from your photo. Anything special, just write it in the Notes box.
Can we see the charms before they ship?
Yes — for a small fee you can add the Preview & Unlimited Edit Service at the last step. We send you a photo of the finished charms and edit until you love them. Nothing ships until you say yes.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each charm is handcrafted to order in about 3 weeks, then shipped worldwide with full tracking. Need it sooner for a birthday or an anniversary? Message our support team and we will do our best.
How big are the charms?
Each charm is about 9 cm (3.5") tall — big enough to show the details, small enough to ride any bag. Silver carabiner clasps clip to totes, handbags, backpacks and keys.
Will they survive daily carrying?
Yes — tight crochet over a firm core, safety-locked eyes and double-knotted ends, made to be carried, not shelved. If anything ever comes loose, message us and we will make it right.
Can I add more people — or a pet?
Yes — pick 2 or 3 and upload a photo for each: a partner, a best friend, a little one, or the family dog. Every charm is crocheted as its own person (or pet), and 2+ save up to 15%.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?
Add Shipping Protection at the last step and we replace your order free, no questions asked. Either way, every parcel ships with full tracking.

Every set is handmade by a small team of artisans, so orders are stitched first-come, first-served. If you're gifting for a special day, the earlier you order, the safer your date.
