How big is the hoop?
About 6" × 8" (15 × 20 cm) — palm-sized. Big enough to be the piece everyone notices above the crib, small enough for a gallery wall or a shelf between the books.
Will it really look like my pet or my baby?
Yes — our artisans match the colouring, the markings, that one floppy ear, all from your photo. Anything special, write it in the notes. Add the Preview & Unlimited Edit service and you will see the portrait before we finish it.
How many portraits fit in one hoop?
Up to three — the baby and the dog, two siblings, the whole small family. Pick the number on this page and the price adjusts. Each one gets its name embroidered underneath.
Can I see it before it ships?
Yes — for a small fee you can add the Preview & Unlimited Edit Service at the last step. We send you a picture of your crocheted portrait and edit until you love it. Nothing ships until you say yes.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each hoop is crocheted to order in about 3 weeks, then shipped worldwide with full tracking. Need it for a baby shower? Message support and we will do our best.
Does it come ready to hang?
It does. The wooden hoop arrives with its plaid ribbon tied and a brass ring at the crown — one small nail or a picture hook and it is up. It also props nicely on a shelf.
Can I have it made for a pet who has passed?
Many of these hoops are made exactly for that. Add Wings & Halo in the extras and tell us which portrait it is for — our artisans stitch tiny angel wings and a halo above them.
